To our beloved JRMSU president, Dr. Daylinda Luz R. Laput, to our campus administrator, Dr. Clarita D. Bidad, to our ever supportive teachers and staff and to our family, most especially to my parents, to our squad, mockles, the virgin, fellow classmates and students. Ladies and gentleman, a pleasant morning to everyone.

Education is one of the most important factor as part of being an individual in which it leads you to the success life. It is one way for you to have knowledge about something and you will not become an ignorant of what is true. College life is the most critical part of a college student but it is a memorable one. It is a critical part of a college student, why? It is because there were many requirements for you to be achieved always at the end of the semesters, you have to study all your subjects especially the major subjects in order to passed it and most especially there were many temptations that will distracted you in your study that's why many students can't focus about it. On the other hand, it is a memorable one because there were many things that we have learned especially from our major, the bonding with our friends, the way how our teachers taught us and the training that our school implemented for us to become a better and a successful person in the future.

Now, it has been along four years but here we are, ready to graduate. We focused to our study and worked hard for it to get this point but we didn't do it by ourselves. We owe this to the ever understanding and caring people, to our teachers, thank you for sharing your time and knowledge with us. To our associate dean of college of education, Dr. Elenita M. Reyna, thank you ma'am for always reminding us to focus to our study and to have a big minds always and to our squad, mockles, the virgin, thank you for being part of this journey of mine and also to all person who are part of this wonderful journey of mine that's why, I get this point. 

Most especially to my supportive and loving parents, thank you ma' and pa' for giving me a chance to study in this respected university, thank you for always reminding me to focus to my study because it is the only treasure that you can give for me. I know you worked hard and have a sleepless nights just to provide and support my needs. From my kindergarten until this day of my graduation, you're always here for me. Thank you for being one of my inspiration to pursue my dreams in life. I have nothing today without your advice, efforts, support and most especially the love that you have given to me. I will never forget the important values that you have taught to me that was the values that have contributed a big impact to my life. Despite of having a tight budget, you never complained the cost of my education instead, you always encourage me to finish my study and to focus it so that someday I will become of what I want to be. Studying is one of the most important factor to pursue your dreams in life, in which you have to study in a particular subjects, situations, books and etc. in order to have knowledge of it. it is an activity or process of learning about something by reading, memorizing facts, attending school and etc. It is also an application in a particular field or to a specific subject.

The cause of taking studies seriously are when you get motivated and sometimes, when you are failed. First, you get motivated because of your family, friends, classmates and etc. They are one of your inspiration to study especially when it comes to your family, they are the ones who inspired you to study more, encourage you to everything and most of all support you always. Second, when you failed, you pursue to study it is because you want that next time, you will pass. You will not just stop there, but you give effort in order to pass the failed subject. Moreover, the effects of taking studies seriously, of course, you will get a good grades, passed the subject and etc. and you will become a top in your class.

To all readers, you should take studies seriously especially to all students so that you can gain more knowledge. You should give effort and time to your study because this is one way for you to succeed in life and no one can get it. You should love your studies, try to engage yourself to those materials where you can found information that can help you to your studies. Online Education is one of the easiest education for all students who can afford it. For example, online tutoring,it is easier for them to study through online, they interact to their online teacher, take their quizzes or exams, pass their projects through online and activities given by their online teacher. The traditional (classroom) education is one of the most common in which until now, is still existing. For example,the teacher stands in front of the students. She/he gives instruction in front of his/her students.

Online Education has grown at a very fast pace because internet allows the development and uses innovative tools for imparting education or universities and colleges students and lecturers can communicate through online. Besides, some universities also offer distance courses to make study become more efficient and convenient. It is a big reality that now students take a lot of help from internet as well as the teachers they can get some important topics from the internet. On the other hand, the traditional (classroom) education is still remains its importance when it comes to education because the teacher can teach immediately to the students because of the availability of the materials that she/he uses during the discussion. It also helps the student to become an independent student because she/he is the one who make his/her own projects and assignments without depending the internet.

These two types of education, the online and traditional (classroom) education are both important when it comes to learning of the student especially nowadays both the teachers and the students get some information from online and printed texts from books. It is both applied during the instruction of the teachers because some teachers want that their students pass their projects and assignments through online while the other teachers will prefer also that their students pass their projects and assignments personally to their teacher.

If you have a thin or fat body, did you consider yourself as a healthy woman? Is it necessary to eat foods that are healthy, just to have a good health? If you are a healthy woman, is there a tendency that you will not affected to the illness of others who are not healthy? These are some of the questions that may come up to our mind if we are talking about how to be a healthy person.

A healthy woman is a person that is so blessed. Being healthy is one of our prayer and goals in order to maintain our healthy body. Health is one of the greatest possessions that everybody wants to enjoy. It is a necessary condition and always important to have a healthy body as woman to live a happy life. If you are a thin or a fat woman, don't worry, because you, yourself know what are the healthy foods that you have eaten. There were many thin and fat woman who have illnesses but there were many thin and fat woman who were also healthy because they are very sensitive on what they have eaten. They eat healthy foods in order for them to live the healthy life. If you are a healthy woman, there is a tendency that you will be affected of the illness of others if you will not eaten those food that are healthy and also if you were not taking good care of your health.

Whoever you are either if you are thin or fat woman, you should consider yourself as a healthiest woman. It doesn't matter if you are a fat woman as long as you eat the healthy foods and maintain your healthy lifestyle. You may also expect that you may encounter any sickness even if you were eat a healthy foods. Therefore, you should take good care of your health so that you can achieve your goals especially to be a healthy woman.
